Pedagogy and Curriculum

This whole project of Great Grimoire is an expression of my pedagogy and the artifacts that got me here, but there are some pieces that I polish until they shine. They can shine because they are thorough and meaningful, but also because they hold something in their core that is luminous.

These are the artifacts in my “Pedagogy and Curriculum” that changed me. Find an example of pedagogical documentation, an example of a learning story, a few examples of my favourite detailed responsive inclusive plans and pedagogical artifacts, and my favourite resources that I use in practice.

To seal this intent, I have placed my artwork featuring the sigil for the element of earth which correlates to the spring season of establishing a steady pattern of growth. The image of winding green gnarly tree forest speaks to the earth element's connection to cultivation, time and dedication that went into these works and resources.

Pedagogical Documentation

Find my Roller Roo Treasure Hunt group pedagogical documentation slideshow with interactive voice recording elements by clicking the button below. I chose this collaborative pedagogical documentation to highlight the creative and organizational methods I can support in a team. I found several outlets for continuing the learning based on the observational documentation and our group brainstorming was the ideal scene to have these continuing education ideas uplifted.

Learning Story

Find my Friendship Social Emotional Play Learning Story & Exploring and Risk-Taking Learning Story by clicking the button below. I featured these learning stories because of the narrative about inclusive and social play that took serveral exciting turns and taught me as an educator about the potential children have to communicate and connect with one another. The elements of risky play that follows the narrative of the Learning Story show how risk-taking builds capacity and more.

Responsive Inclusive Plans
